This course is for beginners and advanced students alike - no previous training is necessary. Students will have access to the Lightwell Center amenities before class and during breaks which include the giant white quartz healing labyrinth, meditation fountain, 30 acres of forest trails, valley river walk, small gym, yoga deck, patio and gardens, heated saltwater pool and hot tub (April-Nov 6.). Herbal tea, coffee, and snack bars are available all day, and Lunch is provided. Students may also book a dry sauna session or rejuvenating red-light session after registering for the class for an additional fee.
