The Spring Class Pass is only $289 and includes all 24 yoga classes and a complimentary ticket for the Equinox Earthing Ceremony, on the Spring Equinox, March 20, 7 – 9:30pm.
For those who wish to bundle 10 classes, passes are available for $160. Single Class pass for Mondays and Wednesdays is $22, and Saturday’s 90-minute class is $25 per class.
All students must sign up prior to class to join in.

Slow flow yoga
For beginners & all levels
This is a perfect class for a beginner, or someone who wishes to reclaim their flexibility and mindfulness through gentle Hatha Yoga. In this 60-minute class, you will be guided to experience a variety of poses in classic yogic traditions, and led in breath work and mindfulness. Each class ends with a 10-minute guided meditation for rejuvenation and energy balancing. This class is designed for all bodies, and can even be joyfully experienced for those with limited mobility while in a chair.
YIN & YANG: Best of Both Yoga

Join Jenn Mintz for YIN & YANG: Best of Both Yoga every Monday evening at the Ananda House at Lightwell from 6:30-7:30pm. Jenn will guide you through witness and pause, and flow and fire for you to awaken all that you are and can be. This yoga class, perfect for beginners and advance students alike, allow you to experience different yoga modalities and find just what your looking for!
YIN YOGA
WITH SOUND BATHING
Yin yoga promotes deep tissue health, greatly improves mobility by strengthening ligaments and joints, and removes built-up toxins and energy by releasing fascia through a series of gentle poses held for 1-4 minutes each. Using props and mindful, meditative movement, Julie will guide you into this remarkable practice that reaps restorative health benefits in just a few classes! This yoga is completed in relative silence to enable each student to connect fully with the body, mind, and soul as the divine feminine energy of YIN permeates and restores. Crystal bowl shavasana silent meditation completes each class allowing sound to future bath and cleanse the entirety of your being.
Slow flow yoga

Join Julie Haines for SLOW FLOW HATHA Yoga, with crystal bowl sound meditation, every Wednesday this spring session. Slow flow yoga is for EVERY BODY, offering beginners and advanced students both strength and flexibility training. Complete each Zen session with a 15-minute crystal bowl sounding bathing for the ultimate grounding restoration!
VISION QUEST YOGA & NIDRA
A 90-minute class, 60 minutes of which is designed to explore poses, breath work, mudras, and mantras to invigorate your energy centers and improve clarity and balance for all aspects of your mind, body, and spirit as we enter into the new year. Over the seven weeks, we will release blocks in your life and path by drawing out your positive qualities and reminding you of your unique soul talents which will bring about positive change and well-being for a renewed you in 2025! Each session will end with a 30-minute, deeply restorative Yoga Nidra visioning session promoting stress reduction for immune system maximum functioning, and harmony between body, soul, and spirit.

Renewal Saturdays will take you on a yogic and meditation journey, exploring energy and earthing concepts to bolster your body and soul into spring! The yoga is 60 full minutes of movement, breath, mudras and mantras, followed by 30 minutes of restorative meditation exploration. We will astral travel, engage spirit beings, explore Nidra, and a whole host of guided meditation goodies for you to explore.
