Julie is an International Psychic Medium, Past Life Regression Hypnotherapist, Intuitive Life Coach, Yoga Instructor, and founder of the Lightwell Center. Jenn is an Ayurvedic & Plant Medicine Specialist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and owner of In True Nature, Wellness Sanctuary.
Ms. Julie Haines, MBA, is a leading International Business Strategist, High-Performance Intuitive Life Coach, and Marketing & Business, Consultant. For more than 30 years, she brought sustainable engineering, environmental and economic policy solutions to more than 80 of the poorest countries of the world, working with governments, banks, and international donors across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Seemingly a “normal” business executive, she hid a deep secret: since childhood, she could see, know, and feel things before they happened! After a life-changing encounter on the eve of her 50th year, she embarked on a five-year spiritual journey to understand the intricacies of her “gifts” studying with some of the most acclaimed psychics, mediums, and past life teachers around the globe. While on her amazing journey of self-discovery she uncovered something truly remarkable: not only can she see, hear, and know spirit, but EVERYONE has this same ability! Leaving her old career behind, Julie opened the Lightwell Center in Virginia to teach others to tap into their most precious talents: their ability to “know”: divine spirit, universal truths, and perhaps most precious - the magic, mission, and sweet song of their SOUL! Julie is an internationally trained and certified psychic medium, past life regression hypnotherapist, 200 hr. certified yoga teacher, and Reiki I & II practitioner. She teaches courses in the US and Europe on Soul Power, Soul Sensing, Exploration of Spirit, Intuitive Entrepreneurship and lives with her beautiful soul-mate husband, Dave, and two dogs in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Lightwell Guest Teacher, Jenn Mintz, MS is a sought-after body, energy, and earth-worker and co-founder of In True Nature. Jenn’s connection to the natural world was sparked at a young age, as she spent hours after school exploring the woods and creeks of the Blue Ridge. She would go on to pursue formal studies in the sciences and spend years educating others in nature’s classroom. While guiding out-of-doors she found herself pondering human nature and wellness, and ultimately found Ayurveda- an ancient science of well-being. Guiding humans in connecting in nature and to their true nature is her life’s work and true passion. Jenn and her partner returned to her hometown of Boston, VA to build a homestead and In True Nature Wellness Sanctuary to support the community in connecting to nature and their true nature of love- harmony, contentment, and living well - through Ayurvedic-inspired practices- yoga, body, and energy work, and wellness consultations both in and out of doors. Jenn is a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (200 E-RYT, 300 RYT, YACEP), a licensed massage therapist (license #0019015838), and Reiki Master. She enjoys adventuring outdoors, traveling, and expanding her understanding of ancient healing practices, cultures, and the natural world.
