Join Julie Haines at the Lightwell Center for an intimate, amazing Sunday afternoon journey to meet with your Spirit Guide Team! Held in the bosom of the spectacular Blue Ridge, you will explore connecting with Spirit directly, through guided meditation and techniques that will propel you into beautiful Source Energy, and the rejuvenating and loving warmth of your guides. As a special treat, Julie will send each student home with a Reiki-Infused quartz talisman, which will act as a constant reminder that you are never alone, and infinitely guided and held by a special team of guides offering you inspiration, creative innovation, healing, and out of this world love and guidance to help you build your best life! For beginners and advanced students alike - no training necessary, this afternoon exploration is for all women that seek their highest vibration and light. Students will have free access to the Center amenities before or after class (depending upon time), which includes the giant white quartz healing labyrinth, meditation fountain, 30 acres of forest trails, valley river walk, small gym, yoga deck, patios, gardens, and heated saltwater pool and hot tub (April-October) or cozy up in the library with herbal tea.  Students may book a dry sauna or red-light session after registering for a separate fee.
